Less than a 20 minute walk from Bath, Frederick House is perfectly located on the riverside. This setting is not only beautiful, but so practical. Venture in to Bath with ease, and if you don’t feel like walking? You could drive or cycle – 11 minutes in the car or a short 6 minutes by bike. Faster, and it helps the environment!

Most errands can be completed on foot with a number of shops nearby, as well as some great bars and restaurants right on your doorstep.

Residents’ Lounge

All our residents at Frederick House have access to the exclusive communal  Lounge – an interior designed space created for everyone to work, rest or play. There’s even a coffee station for you to grab a cup before heading to the office! Fancy a board game? There’s plenty. Or if you just need a change of scene, the Lounge is always open for you and friends

Onsite Gym

Expensive gym membership? Cancel it. Frederick House benefits from a state-of-the-art gym with fully mirrored walls and a flat screen TV. With exercise bikes, treadmills and free weight – there really is something for everyone.

Onsite Management – Belinda

The star of the show is Belinda, our Resident Services Manager. From your first viewing to if you ever choose to move out, she is happy to help with any problem – big or small. Your first point of call, you can find her in reception or give her a call. Alternatively, there’s always someone at Head Office who is ready to answer your call.

Resident Events

We know that often rental developments can feel a bit lonely and you sometimes you never even meet your neighbours. That’s why we like to get everyone together at our Resident Events! These aren’t compulsory, so if that’s not your thing then you don’t have to attend, but they are a great way to meet others who are living in our little community. From brunches to group yoga classes – you can get involved in whatever takes your fancy.

Pet Friendly

You could say we saved the best until last – we’re pet friendly! You don’t have to worry about landlords not letting you rent with pets anymore. Frederick House welcomes people and pets as well. In fact, we love meeting all your furry friends!
