‘Frederick House is an amazing place to live in Bath. It’s been the perfect location to discover this beautiful city. We’ve enjoyed living here so much that we even decided to stay, only to move to a larger flat when baby came! But, what we LOVE the most about Frederick House is Belinda, she’s been so helpful for all things big or small, we consider her family! SHE really does MAKE this BUILDING WORK. ‘My partner and I have lived in Frederick house for more than 2 years now and we can’t say enough how much we love staying here. We decided to move here in 2017 because we immediately fell in love with the modern and efficient design of the flat and how close is from everything: the park, the centre, the shopping area. But more than anything else we love the sense of community and the other facilities that are offered to the Frederick house residents: the onsite manager, the private gym and lounge area, and then PT group session twice a week, yoga, massages, brunches. Frederick house just make life easier.’

‘My partner and I couldn’t recommend living at Frederick house highly enough. The flats are modern and perfect in terms of location but also came with some surprising perks! From the free gym, group training sessions, and sports massages, to the wonderful residents manager, Belinda, who is just the best. Nothing is too much for her and she is forever hosting residential events including brunches, film nights and Christmas mulled wine soirées.’
